Terrazas de los Andes
Terrazas de los Andes is a well-known winery in Mendoza, Argentina, set at the foot of the Andes mountains. It is recognized for producing high-quality wines that reflect the region’s unique climate, altitude, and soils. The vineyard is especially associated with elegant Malbec, along with other classic Bordeaux and Argentine grape varieties. Its vineyards are planted at different elevations, or “terraces,” which help create wines with fresh acidity, good balance, and distinctive character. Founded in the 1990s by a team inspired by the French wine tradition, Terrazas de los Andes was created to showcase the potential of high-altitude viticulture in Mendoza.
