Prohibition on sales to minors
In accordance with Article 13681 of the Swiss Criminal Code, the sale of spirits, aperitifs, and alcopops in quantities that could endanger health is prohibited to persons under the age of eighteen (18). The sale of wine, cider, and beer is prohibited to persons under the age of sixteen (16). Buyers must therefore be of legal age and not under guardianship or trusteeship.
