Viticulture

Bodega Tandem’s Grenache “Inmune” comes from Navarra, a region in northern Spain known for its varied landscapes, continental influence, and strong winemaking tradition. The vineyard benefits from a climate that combines warm, sunny days with cooler nights, helping the Grenache grapes ripen fully while keeping freshness and balance. Navarra’s soils, shaped by a mix of clay, limestone, and alluvial elements, contribute to wines with good structure and expressive character. In this setting, Grenache can develop its typical notes of red fruit, spice, and softness, while still showing elegance and vitality.

Oenology

Bodega Tandem’s Grenache “Inmune” from Navarra is crafted from carefully selected Garnacha grapes, highlighting the variety’s natural expressiveness in a cool, high-altitude inland climate. The winemaking typically aims to preserve freshness, purity of fruit, and the grape’s subtle aromatic profile, with gentle extraction and attentive fermentation to maintain balance and elegance. Ageing is usually discreet so as not to overpower the wine’s varietal character, allowing notes of red berries, floral hints, spice, and a lively, refined structure to come through clearly.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Bodega Tandem, Grenache "Inmune" from Navarra is a vibrant, medium-bodied red with bright red fruit, gentle spice, and a fresh, supple texture. It pairs especially well with grilled lamb chops, roast chicken with herbs, duck breast, pork tenderloin, and dishes with Mediterranean vegetables such as eggplant, peppers, and tomato. It also works nicely with paella, mushroom risotto, and lightly spiced tapas. As side dishes, choose roasted potatoes, ratatouille, sautéed greens, baked root vegetables, or a simple salad with olive oil and fresh herbs. For cheese, try semi-cured sheep’s cheese, manchego, or other firm, nutty cheeses.
