Les Pagodes de Cos Blanc est le vin blanc du Château Cos d’Estournel, situé à Saint-Estèphe, dans le nord du Médoc, en Bordeaux. Issu d’une sélection parcellaire soignée, il reflète le savoir-faire du domaine dans l’élaboration de blancs fins et expressifs. L’assemblage repose généralement sur le Sauvignon Blanc, complété par le Sémillon, afin d’associer fraîcheur, intensité aromatique et rondeur. Les raisins sont vendangés à maturité optimale, puis pressurés avec délicatesse pour préserver la pureté du fruit. La fermentation se déroule en partie en barriques, avec un élevage sur lies qui apporte du volume, de la complexité et une texture plus ample. Cet élevage maîtrisé permet d’équilibrer les notes d’agrumes, de fruits blancs, de fleurs et parfois de touches légèrement boisées ou fumées, tout en conservant une belle tension minérale.
